International Festival “Classical Concerts in Batumi 2026”

Batumi hosted the International Festival Classical Concerts in Batumi 2026 from 21 to 24 April, bringing together distinguished musicians from Georgia and abroad for a series of concerts dedicated to classical music.

The festival was implemented at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara and organized by the Batumi State Music Center, with the aim of strengthening international cultural dialogue and creating new opportunities for artistic exchange.

The four-day festival featured a diverse program highlighting different musical traditions and international artistic cooperation. Among the participating artists were acclaimed musicians from Canada, Sweden, Italy and Türkiye, alongside Georgian performers and the Batumi State Music Center Symphony Orchestra.

The program included Classical Harmony, Georgian–Italian Musical Dialogue, The Lyrical Heritage of Anatolia and Magical Mozart, offering audiences a rich selection of works by renowned composers and presenting different perspectives on the classical music tradition.

The festival served as an important platform for international artistic cooperation and cultural exchange, further strengthening Batumi’s role as a cultural center open to international collaboration.
